Jude Bellingham signed for Borussia Dortmund

Have to say I've not really seen much of the lad but all our top clubs seemed to be chasing him. He's just gone past his 17th birthday but has opted to move to Germany to play for Borussia Dortmund.

After seeing Sancho flourish over there along with other young players I think it will be a good move for him.

It is understood Birmingham will receive a guaranteed £25m up front, with fees worth 'several millions more' potentially added on depending on appearances, achievements and milestones.
£25 million plus for a 17 year old. What is the world coming to?

It’s a deal they reckon could reach £30 million. I doubt Dortmund will have paid £25 for starters.
Now read that the deal could reach €25m.

Good to see another young English talent choosing to try his luck abroad, if he can follow in Sancho's footsteps, then he'll be delivering the goods for club and country.

I did think he was overpriced when he went, but if he does the job in Germany then fair play to him.

England already have a heck of a group of forwards to choose from. If he plays well this season, he might also be added to next summer's squad.

He's a central midfielder.

Is Foden/Bellingham going to be the modern day Gerrard/Lampard conundrum, where we try to play them at the same time?

Looked an above average Championship player especially for his age. Once he’s proved himself in the German league for a year or two, he might have gone some way towards international class.

Ah well then ... we’ll just write Foden off at 20 then. Based on Grealish having a good 7 games this season and a decent year last one.
That seems sensible.

And what’s Jack Grealish’s form got to do with Jude Bellingham being called up leading to you writing off Phil Foden?
It makes no sense.
