Ryan Fulton
Ryan Fulton
Burnley born goalkeeper, went to Gawthorpe. He was in Liverpool’s academy for ages now playing for Hamilton at Celtic Park and having a good game. With the fascination of Burnley born players on here Iv never seen him mentioned.
I wouldn’t be against signing him, I don’t know why but Iv always wanted us to sign Norwood maybe it’s the old local born local team thing.

Good keeper is Ryan, had a few injuries but hopefully now that he's 100% fit he can show what he can do

Re: Ryan Fulton
He did have a good game even though they lost 5-1, i didn't know he was Burnley born it's a small world, i suspect he'll be a busy man in the nets for Hamilton this season. He's still only 24 so he could yet develop as a keeper, and yes he has had rotten luck with injuries, hopefully he can get an injury free run under his belt, and show his quality.
Re: Ryan Fulton
Good lad is Ryan and his dad Brian and brother Anthony are good lads as well.

Re: Ryan Fulton
Marko Maroši is another keeper from Burnley who plays for Coventry I believe, I watched him a lot in the junior leagues as he played for the same team as my brother. He didn't massively stand out at the time and I think he was still playing amateur football til he was 20 but he's obviously cracked on and made a decent career for himself. Always good to see Burnley lads doing well in the game.

Re: Ryan Fulton
Regardless of goalkeeping ability, you can't go wrong with a good lad in goal.

I used to play with Both Ryan & Marko around Brunshaw and not one of them wanted to go in goal... I remember meeting Marko for the first time on the pitch at Mitella park, he was on his own and asked to join in with our game, he embarrassed everyone that day with his skill.

Re: Ryan Fulton
Never had any issues with any of the family. Always made time for a chat & asked if everybody was OK when I've seen themcricketfieldclarets wrote: ↑Mon Aug 03, 2020 12:12 pmI can't believe we would sign him. Or should do.
But Brians a good lad - debatable would be a nice way of putting that! Although I guess we can all change...

I shan't go into any more context when someone can't defend themselves in response. And in fairness to his lad he always seemed decent.Claret Till I Die wrote: ↑Mon Aug 03, 2020 4:39 pmNever had any issues with amy of the family. Back on subject. On ability alone, can't see why we would want to sign him. When Bain, Joe Lewis and Allan McGregor are still the best keepers up in Scotland that pretty much says it all!

You’ve been a bit of a lad in your time too.

Re: Ryan Fulton
Ryan's not enjoying his best experience tonight, currently Hamilton 6-1 down at home to Partick Thistle, and to cap it off it's live on the BBC.

That's what happens when you play an attacking formation
