Got ours back in July ...

Assuming (worst case scenario) we don't get back on to the Turf till next year ... I would expect we will get also get our refunds.

The website (and also plenty on here about what to do) was easy to negotiate, the communication I received about how refunds would be sorted was quite easy to follow and the procedure to do so was similar.

Yes perhaps the communication could have been improved upon but it worked (for me and our 2 season tickets). I have no doubt it will be the same again in the future.

Its never nice to hear about fellow Clarets who have had problems, and I hope you get it sorted out
