the only good thing about covid is that you do not have to waste a saturday spending money watching the dross - at least if leeds went down (and that looks unlikely) you would enjoy the football and the ride.

Absolutely horrendous all round tonight. Thought we might spark when Westwood hit a beauty, but it's been dross ever since. Joking aside, we're in huge trouble.

Ah well. Can’t wait for us to start haggling over £1-2m for the next winger target for the remainder of the window (if we even have any targets left).

I assume Nick will get the nod for England now.

It’s this sort of performance that gets you the number 1 jersey.

That's why Pope isn't playing for England. Got away with the first. Not so lucky the second time.

And this is against a Newcastle. Very different against the best in the world.

His kicking is bad enough, but being heavy footed like that is pretty dismal at this level.

Good performance today from pope and he had a real shot of starting for England with pickford making a howler earlier. Then he goes and pulls off this performance.

To be fair, the team has been poor. Forget any signings, it ain't going to happen. We have to hope that after the international break we come back a better team.

Something is very very wrong at our club at the moment and it needs sorting out
