Pope 8 caught everything and saved everything that came his way. Distribution was certainly better.
Lowton 6 decent but did lose his man a few times.
Tarks 8 immense solid as a rock.
Mee 8 same as Tarks

Brady 8 another good game, hopefully stays fit.
Brownhill 9 MOM covered everything and won the ball constantly.
Westwood 6 decent didn’t have as much of an effect on the game as brownhill though.
McNeil 7 confidence improving and he made a couple of great runs 2nd half.
Wood 5 not great today. Chance was harder than it looked as the ball didn’t have pace on it but he wasn’t really involved. Definitely stick with him though as he’s our best striker and today was not his day.
Jay 5 similar to wood, not his day. Vydra and Barnes were much better.

Barnes 6 - made a difference, don’t know why he constantly shoots from 30 yards on his left leg, never works.
Vydra 6 - would like to see him more, he’s sharper and adds some pace late on against tired defenders.

Always difficult to judge late substitutes, especially forwards as we're always sitting back late in games and they don't get a chance to shine.

Absolutely brilliant to beat that shower. They have been in decline for 2 or 3 years now and we haven't capitalised until today. Well done lads and it COULD turn out to be the most important result of the season when we look back in May.
