You'll like this one I hope. :) simply name all the various winners of the FA Cup, if you get many of the earlier ones I'll be impressed.

I got 136, missed 3 of the very early ones, I doubt many will get a full house, but I'm happy to be proven wrong.

I'll try and dig some more toughies out, don't want to make them too easy for you lot after all.

136. Forgot one current team in London and an old one. Did OK with the old ones after watching that good series on the first northern winners - but then managed to forget that the team concerned were not the ones I thought they were...

Found this the easiest one so far. As a child I was such a geek that in the mid fifties I learned all the cup final scores from 1872, what a sad git!!!
I continued knowing them all until the 80s, then I lost interest with the same teams winning much of the time but I do remember the unusual ones , Coventry, Wimbledon, Portsmouth and Wigan.

Wish I could use all the spare time I had to use on some of the other quizzes.

Sounds like you should apply for Mastermind with FA Cup finals as your specialist subject Malvern, :) very impressive I didn't remember all the recent ones, but a few educated guesses helped in that respect, sadly the cup has lost it's lustre in recent years, at one time it was the showpiece of the season, now it's relegated to 2nd tier status alas.

I liked one of the comments below, saying how much he liked looking at the quaint old names of clubs that won it before but have no chance of ever winning it again - like Old Carthusians, Royal Engineers, and Blackburn Rovers.

(I may have edited it slightly!)
