He does this. Goes through patches (and sometimes long spells) where he just constantly gives the ball away, and misses easy chances. That one was glorious. Guilt edgedNewcastleclaret93 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 09, 2021 3:43 pmI have said it for weeks.
Chris wood is so out of form at the moment he is struggling to do even the basics of football.

My very last cup watch under SD. They are all playing at 90% and that doesn’t cut it, even against league 1 clubs. Even the poor finishing is down to attitude.
Keogh off.
Keogh off.

oh sh!t Red card for Keough for handball... I didn't expect that

There's more pace in the local walking football team.SkiptonClaret wrote: ↑Sat Jan 09, 2021 3:45 pmSeriously though, Cork AND Stephens in the same midfield ?
Wood misses again predictably. How many of those chances has he missed this season?

Re: Clarets v MKD Match thread
Wood is absolutely on the floor with his confidence. He’s always had a habit of missing a few easy ones, but it’s a consistent issue at the moment.
KEOGH OFF?!?
KEOGH OFF?!?
Re: Clarets v MKD Match thread
Sit back have a beer and relax ,we will punish them in second half, that's if wood heads at goal lol

it's impossible that that is a red
Re: Clarets v MKD Match thread
It’ll be overturned

Wood caused Keogh to handle it - should never be red in a million years

Keough doing his best Nicholas Cage impression in his reaction.
I'm sure he loves coming to Burnley.

No red. He opened his hand to handle it. Not sure Woody would have scored though...

No way in a million years is that a foul by Wood.

Re: Clarets v MKD Match thread
Still waiting for the decision, but that is a red card all day long.
Deliberate handball, and Wood was in.
Shocking overturn, he made a double movement with his hand, just because it's league 1 against Prem doesn't mean the rules change.

VAR shouldn't be used, full stop. It's operated by clueless individuals 90% of the time.Untinted Glasses wrote: ↑Sat Jan 09, 2021 3:50 pmVAR shouldntbe used the FA cup if it isn't used at all games any way. Thats a joke

Re: Clarets v MKD Match thread
Clear and deliberate hand ball for me
Re: Clarets v MKD Match thread
Good, otherwise we would have been stuffed by 10 men.
Re: Clarets v MKD Match thread
Not a red card means it's a free kick to them? I'm done. Even if it wasn't a red, it should still have been our free kick. What a joke. Need to take our chances in the second half, because we clearly can't rely on decisions going our way.

VAR works when the clubs are both not darlings of the system, it seems.

Correct decision on the card - a needless foul by Wood.

So the final decision is that Wood fouled Keogh?
