Been locked out as huw.Y.Watt and been asked to do a captcha. Unfortunately the pieces won’t slide into place. Is there another method?
I also sent an email the other day as I’d forgotten my password. This didn’t matter on the ipad as it is saved but does on pc.

If you want to change forum password, you need to use the instructions under 'forgot your password' to send a request to your email address. Of course this means to reset it, you need to open your email and follow the link.

Cheers, I sent the request a few days back whilst logged on with my ipad. Had no reply and now the ipad has offered me a captcha that I can’t get to work. So I am logged out and can’t get to change password.
Of course I could have been banned but I haven’t had notification.

That worked thank you. Now just have to see if I can get in.

Still can’t get beyond the captcha. Even though login details are correct.
I get a different style of captcha on the pc, which works fine. The one pictured below won’t allow me to place the jigsaw pieces, so I can’t get back onto ipad.

Will it not let you click the ‘I forgot my password’ link and once you’ve done it, log in correctly without a Captcha?

I did a jigsaw last week it took me 3/4 of an hour

I thought I did brilliantly as it said 4 to 5 years on the box

All you need to do is send an email and I’ll sort it.

No that takes me to the page to have your password sent to the email address associated with the account. I have asked for it a few days back but nothing has arrived in my inbox.

The captcha isn’t working at the moment but I’ve already said that all you need to do is email me. It gets sorted then and saves having this thread.

I used the contact us button, I guess that is admin. I can't remember where your personal email is on the board. I’ve actually sent two as my email for minnieclaret is now obsolete and I have no other available emails to change it to.
