Paul Clement sacked again
Derby, Swansea, Reading and now Cercle Brugge just a few months into a three year deal.
I checked on Wiki to see how long he'd been there. It reads: "Clement was appointed as the new head coach of Cercle Brugge on 3 July 2020 on a three year contract. He was sacked on 1 February 2021 when the board finally realised what a useless twit he is."

Finds it a bit harder managing than putting the cones out at places like PSG & Bayern

Jokes about cones etc etc
Edit - wow. Didn’t expect it to come that quickly. I wasn’t quick enough off the mark there, sorry everyone.

Re: Paul Clement sacked again
Is that a spelling mistake CT? isn't it meant to be an "a" instead of an " i "

Re: Paul Clement sacked again
Having seen the way he behaved in front of our fans at Swansea when they beat us I would definitely prefer an A to an I but I thought best to copy the Wiki word for word.

I was hoping that formed part of the official press release. Wishful thinking.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Mon Feb 01, 2021 2:15 pmHe was sacked on 1 February 2021 when the board finally realised what a useless twit he is."

Re: Paul Clement sacked again
His agent can't be useless if he managed to get him a 3 year contract.
He'll be going toe to toe in India before long given his career trajectory.

Always strikes me as something of a potential vampire does Count Clement. His face and black suit just say ‘blood sucker’ to me.

4 points out of 39 or so, and bottom of the league for a club that is owned by Monaco’s millionaires.
I was surprised how long he lasted.

Re: Paul Clement sacked again
At some point he will realise that and find himself a decent assistant job.
Brian Kidd was another, brilliant number 2, poor number 1 and that's why he's been at City so long.
Re: Paul Clement sacked again
Another one who after Swansea has had some crazy appointments and subsequent pay offs!
I bet Coyle still banked more for being crap

Re: Paul Clement sacked again
Evidence?
Quicker at cone laying?
Better patterns?
Swifter collection?
Safe storage?

Anyone who has had a connection with bstards will always be a steaming stinking number 2 in my eyes.GodIsADeeJay81 wrote: ↑Mon Feb 01, 2021 4:54 pmAt some point he will realise that and find himself a decent assistant job.

Re: Paul Clement sacked again
Surely he's burnt his bridges in management now, mind you with all the daft owners about who knows.
File him under Marco Silva, a brief flash in the pan, and then quickly found to be out of his depth.

Re: Paul Clement sacked again
He did fairly well at Derby & Swansea in the short term, but he couldn't maintain those standards, and his last 2 roles at Reading and Brugge haven't gone well it's fair to say.
