Re: The NEXT season ticket
Thanks CT, is there a process to reserve 1st refusal on a seat if it comes available? I know some of the big clubs have waiting lists etc, just not sure if we do anything like thatClaretTony wrote: ↑Thu Feb 25, 2021 3:40 pmAny seat that was a season ticket holder seat in the 2019/20 season will be on reserve for the holder until June this year I think they said.

Re: The NEXT season ticket
Other clubs have waiting lists but not for specific seats. If someone had a seat in 2019/20 it will still be his and will only become free once the renewal date for keeping it has passed.

Re: The NEXT season ticket
No we don't. I tried last season to book the (always empty) seat by mine in the CF stand only to be told by Elaine it was taken and they do not have any system for recording expressions of interest in any particular seat
Re: The NEXT season ticket
Possibly the seat is taken but the person stands with his/her mates at the back of the stand?

Re: The NEXT season ticket
Just read that an announcement should be made this week regarding payments etc after this seasons has been paid for.
Not sure what the delay is but at least we should have confirmation.

Where have you read that? There's nothing recent regarding this on the club's website, nor on the club's Twitter account.

Re: The NEXT season ticket
The club have already stated that anyone who either paid upfront or by DD for this season's ST (and didn't draw their money out) will have nothing to pay for next season, providing that we don't get to attend any games this season.

Ah, thanks for that.
The word 'should' concerns me in that tweet though. It suggests a lack of clear plan/timetable.
In my view, the use of the word 'will' would have provided more confidence in the process.

Re: The NEXT season ticket
I checked my BFC ticket account out of interest this morning, the friends and family linked to my account where all missing.
Would suggest people check also just in case once we are allowed back on if with limited numbers you have that info on the system.

Re: The NEXT season ticket
All entries on people's Friends and Family were removed by the club a few months ago (without formally publicising this). You need to go back on and re-enter them.

Re: The NEXT season ticket
On the subject of the account figures being short - I've spoken to Elaine in the ticket office this morning and she said that the team who are dealing with this haven't updated that figure for a few months but rest assured the ticket office have the correct figures for the payments received.

Re: The NEXT season ticket
As Leisure said, they decided to remove them from everyone's accounts without having the good grace to tell anyone they were going to do it. But you can re-add them now.
