Nowt much to report in the early games, both very much 0-0, Bournemouth have made 4 changes from midweek, but Stanislas retains his place unsurprisingly.

There isn't actually that many games to discuss as the weather has wrecked havoc with the entire card.

I disagree an ongoing thread would become unwieldy, keep it too one each day, much easier to follow, especially if the date is in the title.

Hope your wrong. Stephens got some stick on here for his performance against Bournemouth but Rodriguez was far worse. Other than Fulham away in the cup, I can't remember when he last had a half decent game

VVD would be a big miss for any side, but you defend as a team, and Liverpool are all over the place.

Yep Martinez looks a bargain at £20m, and he's played a huge part in Villa's defensive improvement this season.

Someone has just commented on the BBC about the "late offside flag" apparently Grealish was blatantly offside and the flag stayed down ... play moved on and Matty Cash clattered a Brighton defender and the flag then went up....

What if Cash had injured said player and the lad was out for the season ... would Brighton have recourse to sue the PL for this stupid bloody ruling ... if a player is offside put the effing flag up only keep it down if you do not know ... thats what bloody VAR is for
