What an awful game of football
We are really, really **** to watch, even against the worst side in the league who had 10 men for over an hour.
The opposition have conceded 2.5 per game on average, bit kept 2 clean sheets against us
3 clean sheets in 26... 2 against us
We never troubled them
They were the better side and deserved all 3 points.
Dyche and those 11 players, hang your heads in shame, that was fcuking sh1t... being polite

All the rest 3 and they should be thoroughly embarrassed about that today. Out of the lot of them though Westwood and McNeil need to have a long look at them themselves. That performance is not acceptable

I think the 10 man shift made us worse. They sat 10 behind the ball. We struggled and they got sone decent breakaway due to our midfield being poor.

Felt for the forward 2 because they feed on nothing.

The management team - 3 because it’s the lowest but really it’s a 1/2. I know the bench was light but change the onfield tactics for f£&k sake. Bardsley for Brownhill with Lowton right midfield was an obvious one. Why bring a striker off for a striker?

I get the conditions were awful but it was the same for West Brom who had 10 men and should have won 2-0 but for awful finishing.

5 points from 3 easy games, Palace didn’t turn up and the other two sides were bad, very bad. One has to question if that was worth tossing away the FA Cup for. Wins breed confidence. Confidence breeds performances. You take wins when you can, whatever the comp. Injuries a big factor in the thinking but it hasn’t just been this season, similar things have happened when we have had no injuries. I’m still so annoyed with him after sitting through that after last week.

We aren’t going down, Fulham are too poor and after the next few hard games we’ll be firing again.

It was a tough watch though. Passing abysmal. The wind wasn’t to blame. I feel for West Brom, they deserved to win, but I can’t feel for Allerdyce, his tactics and spoiling behaviour make Dyche look like Guardiola. Imagine watching that every week?

Lucky not to lose. Shambolic all over the pitch. Passing, ball control, team cohesion and decision making all woeful. A strong contender for being the worst PL match ever.

Pope 7 - did what he had to well
Lowton 6 - fine defensively and tidy enough on the ball. Wasnt utilised quickly enough in the first half in particular.
Tarkowski 5 - some really sloppy passes today.
Mee 5 - we conceded too many chances today he and Tarks needed to get that back line better organised.
Taylor 5 - caught out of position a few times and poor offensively.
Brownhill 5 - at least tried to give us a little forward momentum but lacked quality.
Westwood 3 - I know the conditions werent great but his passing today was atrocious both in execution and the decision making.
Cork 3 - another who showed a real lack of quality on the ball.theamount of times West Brom nicked the ball in the midfield due to sloppy passing was astonishing.
McNeil 3 - started the second half brightly but otherwise really poor throughout.
Vydra 5 - some good movement but feeding off scraps.
Jay Rod 4 - should have had a tap in.

The conditions were tough to play in but the amount of fundamental mistakes today was astonishing. We were lucky to get a point against not only poor side but a poor side who only had 10 men. That said I have absolutely no idea how we werent given a penalty but that would well and truly have papered over the cracks had we converted it.

Feels like a long time since that palace performance and the second half against Brighton. Hopefully the week off gives a chance for the players to re-energize and fingers crossed we get some players back...

In fact I’m changing Brownhill to a 3. Though he was cr*p and I still don’t see what he offers us.

Every team has the odd game at least where they just aren't at the races.

My worry now though, is that this kind of gormless inept mind-numbing dogsh1t is fast becoming the norm for us.

Ultimately its what you'd expect when the Prem largesse that other clubs invest in their squads, in our case ends up in the Chairman's back sack.

That was as bad as last week was good. Actually started laughing at some of the passing straight out of play. Genuinely can’t remember a worse performance from so many players at one time. Players hiding all over the place

Always disappointing when two players have a real chance to stake a claim to a starting place, and blow it AGAIN so drastically.

They were very poor. Really bad. Nowt to say the other two would’ve been any better tho... they’ve had plenty of opportunities to show they are clearly better but they haven’t done that either.

I’m disappointed. I hope they are.

What was that!! I'm ******* furious with the players' ability to do the basic things, like being able to pass a simple ball to one of their own team mates. Would that have happened if the fans were in the ground cheering them on ... I'm not sure.

The lack of investment in this team by the previous 'local, super-fan, custodians' is clear for everyone to see - Garlick in particular has to take a lot of responsibility, as does Dyche in his style, for what we saw today. It's so hard watching Burnley right now.
