Mols has been with Blackburn for years (possibly 8 yr old when he joined) and was the highest rated by the club in that age group for several years which included quite a few who went on to sign pro contracts.

Re: ARTICLE: Under-23s take on Middlesbrough today
Thought Richardson looked good yesterday. Is there no chance he could change bubble this season?
Re: ARTICLE: Under-23s take on Middlesbrough today
What is Richardson's best position? He seems to be playing in a central role up top whereas I thought (probably wrongly) he was more of a winger.
Re: ARTICLE: Under-23s take on Middlesbrough today
Got to think it's a physical thing with him. Technically he's a better player than Mumbongo and Thompson, for example, but I'm not sure he's got the physical qualities to cope with the Premier League yet (at least in the way we approach it).Newcastleclaret93 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 23, 2021 9:59 amThought Richardson looked good yesterday. Think he'll also need to stay fit for long enough which is something he's really struggled with.
I think there'd be no problem from the "bubble" perspective as we've already got players moving between the two squads in Benson, Glennon, Gomez Mancini, Nartey etc.

He's not a winger.
He sort of reminds me of Robbie Blake, though he obviously has to keep developing. I think he's just turned 18 so one of the youngest of the U23s.

Thank you, boatshed bill.
He looks a bit lightweight too mee but there's no denying his technical ability.

Response from the club -
Sorry to hear about the troubles yesterday. We always have one member of staff from the club across any live streams as they go out, as well as the technical team from our stream suppliers checking on feed etc and there were no problems reported. Yours is the only message we’ve had emailed directly through to the club that I’m aware of. Some things are out of our control though dependent on what the venue is and the facilities they have available.
Anita also mentioned to me that you had noticed other people having issues when discussing it on social media etc. The one thing I can ask to advise for the future is to let us know if there are any issues as soon as possible, ideally when the stream is running. Once the live stream is turned off it’s impossible for us to replicate, so it’s really difficult to pinpoint any potential issues if they haven’t been noticed on our end.
Please feel free to let me know if any problems persist in the future and I can ask the team to run checks at the time.
********
I then got back to the club with screenshots of the comments on this thread from people who had experienced problems.
For anyone who experiences similar problems in the future, you can notify the club on website@burnleyfc.com or by contacting Nick Taylor on

Well done, Leisure.
Re: ARTICLE: Under-23s take on Middlesbrough today
They play at PDL level, we're Category 1, he doesn't have a pro deal and is u18 so I think that means they can't stop us if he wants to step up a level, we'd just have a small fixed fee to pay.

Re: ARTICLE: Under-23s take on Middlesbrough today
Is there a limit on the u23’s squad size?
Re: ARTICLE: Under-23s take on Middlesbrough today
I don't think so but I think we have a squad size in mind as a club to make sure players have the right opportunities to develop. I recall mention that when we signed Max Thompson we didn't have "space" for him within our plans but he impressed so much on trial that we decided to sign him up anyway.

I notice that sometimes u18’s are promoted to the U23’s and then go off-radar completely...
