Sounds easy doesn't it, however a few pointers, there will be several countries that have undergone at least one name change in this period, and all the names count towards your total, and it's only their 1st appearance that counts as an answer. Hope that info helps somewhat, I got 54/84 so it's tougher than I expected I must admit.

Yes you are right Brazilian keepers are historically useless. They only have Edison and Allison now
