I wouldn't worry about masks too much. Officially they were supposed to be worn at the Euros but nobody bothered.

Response from the Club -

Its not a problem, its just the Ticket Office starting to load and test products, it will change when live.

(ha! tell them to stop trying to buy before they can!!)
