I'd need more info, because we don't know how the parting of ways went.

D. Wait until enough people hear the story, pay me to tell the story, send me gifts and donations, then get a mate or family member to get some work done to roughly that amount, and give them him straight back as payment.

In this country you could sue the penny giver for the full amount in legal tender - for £666 he could give you at most 885 coins -
20p in 1p (20), 20p in2p (10), £5 in 5p (100), £5 in 10p (50), £10 in 20p (50), £10 in 50p (20) then the rest in £1 coins.

£2 is greater than £1 so would reduce the number of coins he could give you.

Looks like a civil case could be brought for damage to property - the grease stain on the drive way.
Ex-Employer won’t be laughing then

So why doesn't he just shovel them into a cement mixer hall full of water and de-greaser for a few minutes? That'd clean the lot in a few hours.
