MNF returns to Goals, Leeds tonight.

My 4-year old's football is back on Wednesday. He's signed up for All Stars cricket too but that doesn't start until the end of May.

Playing golf Tuesday and Wednesday and 6 a side on Friday. Looking forward to it, even though the footy will be hard work after being incredibly lazy this winter.

I’m back coaching the kids on Wednesday

Can see it being a free for all so just going to do a few mini-matches and let them get it out their system 😂

Kids training and matches this weekend. Not in Lancashire so we still had this on while in tier system.

Coaching kids tonight and tomorrow then have games Saturday and Sunday. Repeat until end of May when the league organised games finish.

Feel like I’d been through some medieval torture process this morning, my toes burn, hips ache, groin, back, neck.

Good to be back and see my old school mates I’ve not seen for a long time, worked wonders for me mentally, perhaps not physically though

Was back coaching my Under 9 group last night and will be at our venue every night this week for various groups before the U9s have a game Saturday morning. Absolutely loved being back last night. The kids loved it but I absolutely needed it as well :)

Question: Based in Halifax, so not Burnley area but how do you get into coaching? Do you need to apply somewhere or need any coaching badges before you begin?

Ring around your local clubs to volunteer.

They will have funding for coaching badges.

First session back with my walking football team yesterday. Although I’d done a few short runs since new year my thighs are killing me today. That, of course, will be kicking a football, something you don’t do running around the streets
