Hi all I'm from the Burnley area and looking to hire a builder to do a reasonably sized job including knocking down load bearing walls and redesigning our vestibule and staircase. Also want a new kitchen fitted. So wondering if anyone has any recommendations? I've seen a few builders online but would rather hear peoples advice on here before hiring.

Can't find a builders linked to that name. Is he more a handyman than a builder who is going to be dealing with load bearing walls etc?

Personally I would get a builder to do the walls and staircase etc..
And a kitchen fitter to do the kitchen separate.

BMR building maintenance...they're based at Lostock Hall but they do East lancs. They're on the LCC safetrader scheme.

Depends what you need doing but builders will travel to Gt Harwood from the Burnley area.

Another recommendation for Leo on Hallam Crescent in Nelson.
He's done a few jobs for me including a full re-roof.
Honest bloke and fair price.

Any more recommendations for external stonework and retaining wall work in East Lancs or Skipton.
