City-PSG the star attraction, but also important games in the Champ for Rotherham, who know a win at Luton could lift them level on points with Derby.

In League 1 Blackpool can seal their play-off place with at least a point at home to Donny, and Charlton can boost their can their own play off chances with a victory over Lincoln, plus Shrewsbury play Ipswich don't know if Cotts will be in attendance or not tonight.

A win for Rotherham would really put the cat among the pigeons at the bottom of the Championship.

It certainly would put the wind up both Derby and Sheff Wed that's for sure, and the important aspect is Rotherham now have their destiny in their own hands, win the last 2 games and they'll be safe whatever happens elsewhere.

I just noticed Derby host Wednesday on the final day, that could be a nervy event for both. It could effectively be a play-off to stay up between the two.

It looks like SC will be in attendance at the Shrews game great to see him back. :)

nd Shrewsbury boss Steve Cotterill is set to return to the stands at Montgomery Waters Meadow for the first time since being hospitalised by coronavirus and Covid-pneumonia earlier this year. The Shrews host Ipswich.

Finally a correct call by VAR never a penalty in a million years. PSG clearly deploying the Tom Daley tactics tonight, not that City are entirely immune to such ploys themselves.

1-0 City Mahrez.

I thought that.

What is it? Doesn’t look like snow - it looks like clumps of ice or something?

Wins for Blackpool and Charlton, Blackpool climb up to 3rd, so we could yet see another Lancashire derby next season in the Championship.

A draw keeps Rotherham in it, but it's now out of their hands.

City centre backs make a couple of decent blocks and the commentators rave about them, as though they are Victoria Cross quality of bravery.

Have they never seen Burnley?

PSG performing hara-kiri in both legs, City have played well in spells, but their task has been made an awful lot easier by PSG'S stupidity.

A Manchester double in Europe this year it's definitely on.

Yep, I think the ref chickened out/took pity. Verratti, having not long before been booked, tries to trip Mahrez but misses so pulls his shirt blatantly but doesnt stop him still so trips him again; ref gives free kick- clearly a second yellow.
Kimpembe has a real scythe at Jesus, Jesus manages to jump to lessen the damage but it was a really dangerous tackle, ref gives yellow- could easily be red.
I'm an old school defender but I thought PSG went very dirty when it was clear they were going to lose; shouldve been down to 9 and maybe 8.

He is one of the best young talents I have ever seen.

Every time I watch him I can’t believe how good he is. Maybe Pep is right, City wouldn’t accept any fee for him, he’s that good.

Forget who it was but one player scissor kicked in the air just after Walker accidentally caught Neymar. That was another red. The Veratti and Kimpembe ones definitely reds like you say.

I guess it was a Gulf derby win v (a) Qatari-owned PSG.

I think Roman Ab is up there too in the top 10 richest footy club owners, a bit below sheikh Mansour but above Nasser Al-Khelaifi.

The 4th semi-finalist, R M, dont have an equivalent patron (other than the banks to which they owe millions & the laissez-faire of the Spanish authorities).
