I have clicked resend email and have been successful. I too have the 1999 date, presume it’s some sort of oversight.
First time I've seen a Y2K issue.

It's taken more than 21 years, but all that overtime by the IT guys has paid off. ;)

Didn't it also say that anyone who made more than 1 application in the ballot would have all their applications cancelled.
Or did I dream that??
Don't recall that and I've just had a quick look at the original info and can't see it.

Be interesting to see if anyone who tried to game the system* by entering in multiple F & F was successful.

*Nothing wrong with this in my opinion

Unsure but it would appear that those who got the message on their screens early did have tickets and those of us who didnt, didnt.

Yeah seems that way, no email for myself or my Dad (I applied for us and neither had the ‘successful’ message on our purchase history section).

Seems the draw was indeed done yesterday.

No. Applied in two lots of two.

My dad and I didn't get one from application two. Then one of the other two did.

Disappointing we didn't all get on. Particularly as we had to register and apply separately and not as a group of 4 because of the the ticketing system fiasco. But it is what it is, the game is essentially a friendly now we have stayed up but would still have been great to get on.

This was realistically the only fair way to do it. The only sour thing is how painstaking it was to apply, not that I didnt get one.

Applied for three through F&F. All three were showing as successful in Purchase History yesterday, so linked my two lads to their own ticketing accounts with new e-mail addresses and did the 're-send email' to receive three email confirmations to three different e-mail addresses. It was all looking good.

Fast forward to today. I received an e-mail confirming I was successful. My eldest received an e-mail but to my wife's email address, not his newly linked e-mail address, and there is no sign of my youngest's e-mail. I assume today's e-mails have been sent to the e-mail addresses that were in place at the start of the ballot process. The problem being that I have no idea what e-mail address we used for my youngest when we set his account up eight or nine years ago. I suspect it may have been an old work one that has since been disabled.

I will see what 20:15 brings on Sunday, whether I can process all 3 from my account (the lead account). If not, then I fear I will need to call the ticket office to sort out my youngest. Anyone else facing this issue?

So do you think some in the same F&F ballot application have been successful and some unsuccessful, rather than it being an e-mail account problem?

1 ticket for each 3 season ticket holders mean 2 of 3 will be unsuccessful.

I was both wanting to go because it has been so long, but not being excited about because of the limitations that are in place to stop you enjoying it too much.

Only 5000 applied though so is was more like a 70% chance of being successful.

I got an email saying my dad had been successful and that other F&F have been as well which includes me, however no email directly to me even though I applied for us both in the ballot.

Assuming I’m included. Does anyone know what the reference to no paper tickets means? Will the actual tickets just be loaded to the season cards, or are we going to have to use smart phones?

they weren't allowed. I recall reading that you could technically apply more than once, but only be entered once per claret number, so multiple entries wouldn't work.

Kind of yes. He applied as a two and as two separate individuals when there were issues with the system. So it seems the individual applications were one succesful one not. And then the joint application not.

Please can you let me know if who applied for multiple tickets through Friends and Family but have not been allocated tickets for the full number you applied for? Also, anyone who clicked on Resend Email on the Ticket Purchase page and received a 'successful' email.

if we are not back to normal next season, will there be a ballot for every game. I think each season ticket holder should be guaranteed a ticket every third game.

Nothing here either unfortunately, and wow did we need it now more than other after the the last few months, need some normality for my son ASAP and his time to open up after losing Mrs ClaretAl. That said pubs will be open so we can do our usual trip to the Turf and hopefully get a seat in the park view. Do us proud you lot who got tickets and sing it loud an proud, last thing we need is a silent Turfmoor
