It has been a transitional season with the amount of injuries that the first team were contending with and quite a number of the Under 23 squad being sat on the bench as possible replacements.
Quite a number of the younger element have had to step up and play at Under 23 level which probably won't have done them any harm at all.
Best of luck to them all in the future, at whatever level they end up playing.

It will be good if we can keep most of the U23 together to continue their progress towards the first team.

Nice sentiment, but in truth few of these will make it if we are still in the PL.
2 of our better players, Jensen and Thomas, went out on loan which didn't help in the PL2 league.
