Remember when WBA appointed BFS and certain posters were steadfastly adamant that he'd keep them up? The more reasoned posters differed from that viewpoint.

How much quality did they have bill ?
I'd imagine they had more quality than the players they replaced.
Connor Gallagher would be a good shout for us if we could get him for a season on loan.

That’s me & that’s very true, I was adamant that Sam would keep them up & I was wrong & I’ll admit that, maybe a few of you should follow my lead & admit within yourself you was wrong about Newcastle being relegated.

That’s a bit like taking your finger out of a leaking hole and replacing it with a cork.
They have very little quality , yeh he’s looked like a player who runs around like Boyd but with a few more dimensions to his game.
By the way ‘ Long live George ‘

They had one point more than us when he took over from one game more but one win in his first 15 games didn't help.

Nobody ever did or should say nobody's admitted to having that opinion despite god's know many threads & pages discussing them, I’m paying heed to the mental health thread & being kind, good evening.

Lucky enough to have seen Tom Heaton make Zlatan look like a pub team striker at OT...
Watching Tom defy Zlatan that day was a masterclass from Tom,for that reason if Pope leaves I'd resign Tom on a three year contract he is simply that good, the keepers who understudy Pope at this moment arnt fit to lace his boots

Not sure,

But if you are referring to Gallagher then he has something we need...energy.
We have lacked alternatives in midfield for some time, relying so heavily on the performances of 3 specific players, plus our matchwinner on the left.
Other clubs get to rest players, we can't.

Yes, i think he'd be a very good addition to our midfield , if we could get him on loan

(Oh, just a minor point, but if you are replying to a specific post it's best to quote) ;)

As I said he reminds me of an upgraded Boyd with blonde locks . No ones come on yet with the typical ‘ he’s out of our league ‘ comment so you are not meeting a lot of opposition in your suggestion .
My opinion , yes while Dyche is here it would be no surprise to see this player here next season

I’ve long thought we should avoid loan deals - I’d like to think being a prem team we should be above developing other teams players for them - but given so many players of quality are out of our reach, I think we’re going to have to use that market. Gallagher would be a good signing, as would Elliot. Think Tuchel has said he wants Gallagher back though.

Fantastic footballer one I hope to see play on the Turf next season all being well, still angry I missed Zlatan through him being injured when United visited the Turf in his one season
I see Cavani has agreed to play next season for Man U. Hope we play them at TM when we can all get back on to see him.

I have no objection to players coming to BFC on loan providing they are going to receive some game time. Didn't we have Bamford and Chalobah both on loan at some point from Chelsea? Bamford made 6 appearances playing a total of just 33 minutes. Chalobah likewise made very few appearances and did not have much game time.

Agreed. He’s still quality. Movement for the goal last night was class.
