me too, but that nay be the couple of very large Bene's I have had to celebrate - this is just what the town needs to help it out of Covid's financial impact, let's hope we are celebrating again this tie next season

More relief than buzzing for me. I’ve thought we’d stay up for a long time now but it’s not enjoyable fretting on other results and fearing the worst case scenario. Happy to be able to enjoy the remainder of this rubbish season stress free and looking forward to getting back to the Turf next season.

All of my mates call me crazy but this side is better than their record. They’ve been unlucky at times this season. Love Dyche and love the personality of this group.

I’ve said it before, but I really haven’t enjoyed this season. Nothing to do with our performances but because I fell in love with football through attending matches and I’ve found it difficult to enjoy it much sat in my armchair every week. So it’s a relief that the season will come to a satisfactory conclusion.

Few typo’s there mate. Very unlike you. Were they quadruples? ;)

Had a few IPA’s myself. Fortunately Burnley’s survival will take the edge off the hangover today!

Agree with your point about how vital the club is to the economic recovery of the town. Hopefully the start of a rebuilding exercise at the club and economically for the town.

Awful season (with a few highlights), would’ve been horrible to be relegated. Despite the 9 point advantage recent results left me fretting more than most, I expect, so delighted it’s done. Roll on next season when we’re hopefully all back on and with a few new faces on the squad.

I said the same to my son last night. Don’t really think our league position reflects the quality of this side. The poor start cost us, so you could maybe argue it reflects the quality of the squad over a season, but with everyone fit we’re a match for those above us imo.

Never once thought that we would get relegated even back last year when we only collected 2pts from the 1st 7 games. Dyche as proved numerous times over the last 5 seasons, that with a cool head and surrounded by experienced pros relegation is rarely on the cards

Since November we have played like a mid table side bar February when we put in some dreadful performances against WBA and Fulham

I had zero nerves going into last nights game and new that Fulham were never going to turn us over, the match was over by half time with us going through the motions 2nd half
