Good location, better for the club to sell that space to local businesses and move some of them out of the ground so we can sell that space to better payers

As a disorganised kind of person I'm going to miss the old board. Relied on it for the next game!

Do you not think it might just keep reminding people what the next match will be 🤔

Yes I hope so, it will probably change when the season starts but it was just ads throughout the light's sequence.

On one side of the ground in spells S and then the next side it's P and then A and then M.

The 'showroom' has a rear entrance so you can drive through, it used to be a tyre and exhaust shop, the arched barriers at the front are demountable, probably. :D

Because it's so far from the ground it's a bit bizarre to me. Would be better if there was a clear sign actually stating the cricket and football club are there. Maybe they'll queue a slide on match days.

Looking at the installations going up outside the Bob Lord this morning there will be no need to visit Blackpool for the illuminations this year 😁

These are on the outside of the stand? As in road facing? Is this near the 70’s font style Burnley Football Club lettering?

I'll get a picture later if someone doesn't but they run down both sides of the main entrance, looked like they were installing directly above the entrance. Then on the long brick work directly opposite the Park View.

It'll be quite a spectacle I tell thee

Yes, there are two going up either side of the main entrance from ground level upwards and two more on the brick pillars either side of the club shop. There was an inset in those to have the club badge added when built.

I’m assuming these will be similar to the ones that are on the Longside entrance?

I also noticed they had some above the turnstiles that were scrolling through the players from the “heroes boards”

The one going on the Bob Lord looks similar. I missed the Huddersfield game but the electronic boards with the players on weren’t the same selection of players.

Nothing to photograph yesterday with the workmen busying around. They were starting to put the led panels in to the frame they’d set up.

Is the inside of the ground done now?

I must admit, I was expecting a bit more than we’ve seen. I’m not sure that all exits had a display above them, last time I was on (some time a while ago!) I’d have expected them all to have them.

Some of the ads / graphics looked pretty poor considering what can be achieved on these sort of displays.

Did anybody notice the ones at City at the weekend? They have two sets just as we have. One on the stand wall and another by the pitchside. On camera one looks directly above the other and they had managed to combine them both for much larger adverts. Judging by how in the middle they would be aligned but be slightly out the further to the corners you look....they were lined up perfectly. The only problem was the stewards sat on the perimeter were in the middle and spoilt the illusion a little.

Oh no. My wife and I hated the LED signage when we first saw it earlier in the season simply because we found it a real distraction from watching the match ( some might say that’s a good thing). Are we the only ones who don’t like it?

I have to admit I really don't like it. I know it's modern and progressive etc but it's so distracting. I genuinely think it distracts all players too

We'll certainly have the most impressive digital advertising in the Championship.

Bumped into John Francis' cousin in Leeds yesterday, had a good chat.

The black walls are one thing but the different coloured doors on the three stands make it look tin pot.

The new big screen on the corner of the Jimmy McIlroy Stand/Bob Lord Stand.

Can anyone at the back of the Longside read anything that's on it? Don't get why half of it is devoted to our social media account stuff. I sit near the front of the upper tier and find myself looking at the original screen instead.
