Spurs 1 Wolves 0 right on half time. Sky and the commentators missed the goal through looking back at a previous incident.

Also penultimate matches in La Liga at 17:30 with 4 points separating top 3 teams

Kane and Son both hit the post within seconds of each other when it was easier to score. Still 1-0 somehow.

It was very good save off Kane to be fair. Alli should certainly have scored with the second.

It really shouldn’t be 1-0 still

Impressed with the West Brom performance so far against Liverpool.

The speed of thought for Salah's goal was amazing. Talk about "It only takes a second to score a goal."

How was that disallowed! The keeper would never have saved it even without the WBA player infront of him.

VAR does not remove the favouritism by officials towards the big teams that has always existed

While West Brom were robbed by the VAR official blatantly favouring Liverpool you have to applaud the Liverpool goalkeeper.

Surely not the job of var to determine whether a goalkeeper can or can’t reach a shot. Fact is the offside chap was clearly obstructing Alison’s view , so I reckon the correct decision.

The League title is decided.
Relegation is decided.
They have to manufacture some last day drama from somewhere to please the paymasters at Sky.

WBA weren't robbed, Philips was 5 yards offside standing in front of the keeper, very easy decision to get to

I'd delighted, we can screw the scousers season for a second time !

Brilliant stuff!

Amazing!

Top soccer!

It's fantastic that clubs like Liverpool can win a game in the 95th minute of a 90 minute game with 4 additional minutes having "survived a scare" when West Brom scored a second goal that was ruled out for offside even thought the player who scored wasn't offside.

Great story line, eh?

Totally agree, West Brom player in an offside position clearly obstructing the goalkeeper's view - therefore has to be offside.

That sounds grand I have to say. The Achilles heel though is that VAR have allowed goals this season in similar situations . You will be in a tiny minority with your view because it’s outrageous to say that Alisons view of the goal was obstructed

Big day in La Liga. Atleti could be champions if they win today. That’ll be the 3rd title to ex-Clarets in the last couple of weeks!

So with two rounds of matches to go we know that 34 points will have been enough to stay up this season. May be even less at the end. Shows how poor the bottom three have been (thankfully for us).

The Palace result today means Leeds look almost certain to finish in the top half after beating us yesterday. Whilst I didnt expect them to go down I also never thought they would do so good.

They've played some great attacking football getting there and although he shouldn't win I think Bielsa should definitely be on the PLMOTY shortlist

For Liverpool’s 1st goal why on earth were Liverpool awarded a free kick in the buildup to the goal

Paulatky, this post could also be posted on "The Unexplainable" topic from the other day....Who knows what Mr Dean was thinking.

Atletico come from behind to win 2-1. Tripps one win away from a champions medal, even if RM win their last match.

Atleti cutting it fine again. Can’t help but feel that Simeone doesn’t help the composure of his players with his touch line antics. Anyway they’ve scraped it 2-1, Suarez the saviour.

Sheff Utd still leading at Goodison, and a 17 year old by the name of Daniel Jebbison has scored on his full debut, what a moment that must be for the lad.

Everton are almost as porous at home as Burnley are this season.

Everton have one home point more than us this season

Quite a few sides have struggled at home.
An empty stadium seems to certainly have hit us.

I'm no good at digging up stats, for some reason I've got it in my head we seemed to have had much, much more of the ball away from home this season.

I'm not surprised by that stat, and it does bring some perspective to our home form, fortunately for Everton and ourselves we've both managed to notch a number of victories on the road, and very few sides have a great home record this season, even the likes of Liverpool and Man Utd aren't the force they normally are at home.

You can only surmise the lack of crowds has had a huge impact, and possibly next season will revert to normality, but only time will tell on that point.
