Much as I'd love us to complete a double over the scousers I've got to be realistic 1-3, and as long as we offer an improved display from Saturday, I'd be reasonably content with a gritty defeat that would at least restore our pride after Saturday's drubbing.

Burnley are on the worst run at home since the siege of Mafeking, have nothing to play except pride and Liverpool are head down arse up straining for the top four.

So a Burnley win it is then.

Stranger things have been known to happen especially this season.
Who would have predicted Liverpool losing 7-2 at Villa and then going on to lose 6 games on the trot at home?
They were still top of the league at the end of December.

And we were still floundering just above the bottom three.

Could we surprise them on Wednesday.
There's a possibility that we could.
Hope we can but somehow doubt it so I'll go for a 2-1 win for Liverpool
and a much improved performance from us.

A routine 1-3 liverpool win, if WBA can cause them a few issues then so can we, sadly we are/have been quite poor at the back at home this season.

I didnt enter the ballot, as I'd have been more disappointed if I had "won" a free match ticket :D

I always prefer away games, and trust this year to be the one where we have been far better away than at home!

Can't see anything but a big away win going 5-2 as their defence is that poor we'll likely score with our only two attacks.
