New season ticket purchases

Does anyone know when new season ticket holders can buy tickets?
My son and his mate want to go on next season but if possible sot as near as possible to me, sl I want to get their tickets as soon as possible.

My son has had a season ticket a few years ago, and has a clarets number, however his mate will be a completely new fan/customer.

Phase 2 starts next Monday but they can only pay a £10 refundable deposit until it’s known how many will be able to attend next season.

They have to be phase 2 (ie had season ticket in 2019/20 or taken their money back for this season).

There's a chance there won't be any on sale to new season ticket holders.
