Looking forward to my first visit to Old Trafford for two years tomorrow, for the first day of the Roses match.
The ticket ordering procedure was seamless, and the bar in the pavilion will be open ( although only as a take-away service ) so I'll be able to have a pint during the lunch interval.
Come on Lancs!

Weather looking good for all 4 days as well. How many are they letting in?

25% of the capacity it says in my member's letter, so probably about 4 or 5k I think. Unfortunately I've a lot on tomorrow and Friday or I'd have been there too.
I live about 4 miles as the crow flies from the ground; if it stays overcast like it is now, the ball will be moving all over the place tomorrow

At least it's going to be warmer and should be over twenty degrees for the final day.

Great to be back tomorrow. I will be heading up the Members
Representative Group as Chair - if any Clarets are at the game come and say hello. We will be positioned between the pavilion and A Stand primarily making sure we can help and reassure members and guests that EOT is a safe place to watch cricket.
We will be logging any issues and feeding back to the operations team in real time for the first two days of the Yorkshire match.
Weather set fair!

Pleased for the lad, and he deserves another shot with England after some heavy scoring this season in generally difficult conditions for batting.
It made sense for him to leave Lancs when he did, and a change of surroundings has served him and Notts well.
