Surrey v Middlesex t20

Post by Milltown1882 » Thu Jun 10, 2021 8:26 pm

Huge total from Surrey so far.

I’ve never seen back to back no balls for chest high beamers but both being smashed for six. 18 off 1 ball in the over and the bowler removed from bowling the rest of the over. Incredible.

223/7 Surrey finished with, mind you Middlesex have set off like a train, so who knows it may still be a thriller.

A night when as a bowler you want to try and hide in the field and avoid catching the skipper's eye.

Looking at the stats, I guess the bowler there was Cullen who finished with:
2.1 overs, 41 runs, 0 w. OUCH.

Surrey ended on 223-7.

Middlesex batters wearing different kits?

All a bit village.

Middlesex 100/1 at the halfway stage, so need about 12 an over, however if Morgan stays in for a while he could quickly make mincemeat of that target.

There's already been 13 6's in the space of 30 overs, so the short boundary is proving profitable for the batters.
