Having moved to within 12 miles of Kettering I wish I had a fiver for every time someone locally told me -I know Sean, I know his brother, Sean was in the same class as me, my mate played in the same team as Sean, my son was a teacher and taught Sean, and so on. Looking to bump into him one day whilst out and about

I suppose we can no longer call him a young up and coming manager but happy birthday to him and I hope he enjoyed receiving his early present from the club last week with the signing of Nathan Collins.

Was recently listening to a chap who had phoned a well known Sports radio station , bemoaning the lack of opportunities for young English managers . The example he gave was Chris Hughton.

Age gracefully like the rest of us Sean at the Turf.
