Bukayo Saka getting pelted with racist abuse on Instagram, absolutely disgusting! No surprise there though! About time social media was ended, it is out of control!

Southgate needs to get the abuse for putting the pressure of the whole nation on the shoulders of inexperienced teenagers.

Weird one! Nobody deserves abuse, penalties can go either way, it's a cruel way to decide a game but the only way. Really feel for that lad. Sancho too (on target). The Rashford one set the tone when we needed three to win. There’s a perfect example of why somebody in the run up to a tournament needs to stick to football so as to focus 100%. But racist abuse for any of them is deplorable. They need support not abuse.

It was an appallingly bad penalty but it was nothing to do with any of the good causes that he’s championed.
