Re: Dunne to QPR
We are entitled to a compensation package because of his age and having offered him a new deal

Re: Dunne to QPR
You might be thinking of Macparlane or someone of a similar name who worked with Warburton at Brentford then joined Burnley to work on our recruitment (helped recruit Joey and Andre). However Warburto is a good friend of SD so I believeVegas Claret wrote: ↑Mon Jul 12, 2021 4:54 pmwasn't Warburton at Burnley when Dunne was playing for the U23's ?

Warburton has never been at Burnley. He was at Watford with and is a mate of Dyche,Vegas Claret wrote: ↑Mon Jul 12, 2021 4:54 pmwasn't Warburton at Burnley when Dunne was playing for the U23's ?

Re: Dunne to QPR
Yes Jimmy Dunne joined the season after he left I think - Last time I saw a mention of Frank McParland he was linked to one of the Newcastle takeover groups ?
Re: Dunne to QPR
Fair play to him. A championship club is a great move and I hope he proves he can play at that level. I think he’ll need an old head next to him.

Re: Dunne to QPR
Think its a good move and no doubt took place after a chat between SD and Warburton. It says SD must have been positive about him-he could develop nicely here
Re: Dunne to QPR
If you believe the rumour mill when Swansea were in for him they willing to pay £500k and we wanted "low 7 figures".
