Glynn and Kayleigh - Clarets Store staff
Just a word of thanks to Glynn and Kayleigh who work at the Clarets Store and who have been absolutely excellent in their communication and help throughout this week.
I only had a very minor request, which I communicated through email, but both of these staff members were extremely prompt and courteous in how they dealt with it.
As such I wanted to leave this message but have also made a small donation to the Clarets for Foodbanks donations page.
Great job and thanks you!

We’re always quick to jump on ‘em when things haven’t gone well, so it’s nice to hear we are getting things right in the shop.

You could have left chalk hearts on the playground wall to let her know...

What email address did you use, John?
I sent one on Sunday having been unable to place an order because it repeatedly asked me to update my details - which I did on numerous occasions.
No response received so far.
