Remuneration + benefits: £Competitive

If any previous BFC vacancies are go by, that means about £15k a year.

Best way to improve the fan experience is probably to sign a winger who can actually beat a man more than once a season, to play alongside Dwight.

Playing 2 wingers on the left is a little unorthodox but it might cause confusion for the opponents, so it could work

All manner of recruitment going on in all manner of areas at the club, but precious little , thus far, where it actually matters.

Its all ultimately with the aim of revenue generation, which hopefully would help fund signings.....

Just highlights where the club needed to grow/improve but hadn't done so.

If they are looking for someone with a degree I'd assume £35-£40k a year.
But that's one hell of a job description.

Good on the club. Much needed role.

Hopefully the pay is suitable for the role. Especially if they want to get a good quality forward thinking candidate.

This is a possible, good route straight to someone who can deliver something.

This board should embrace and lead the ideas.

“Competitive salary” really annoys me. It means they know the salary is too low to put on the advert.

Contract type: Permanent

35 hours per week (8am – 4pm, Monday – Friday)

You will also be required to work adhoc matchdays
Don’t think we need a steward for 35hrs a week
