Lancs line-up for those interested.

Jennings
Bohannon
Wells
Jones
Croft
Balderson
Lavelle
Lamb
Bailey (who skips)
Hurt
Morley

Now these aren't bad players for effectively a 2nd XI. only 3/4 of those names will be considered first picks normally, but they have a chance to cement their places with the mainstays away chasing the golden shillings in The Hundred farce.

And just for balance most of the Glos names aren't known to me either.

Lamb has really stepped up to the plate in the past few games, runs and now wickets.

Hope the rain stays away as Lancs are well on top here.

I would argue Lamby has stated consistent but the standard has dramatically stepped down ….. good performances against kids.

Keaton Jennings getting through 8 overs going at just over 3s suggests it’s a pretty poor standard

That 8th wicket stand has at least ensured Lancs will have a total to chase, but it shouldn't be a particularly daunting target.

On Lamb well you can only beat what's in front of you I suppose, but yes it's difficult to judge anybody in these games due to the lack of 1st choice sides.

160-8 in the 45th.

83/2 Wells just out, but Lancs looking comfy in this chase.

135/3 Jennings missing out on a 50, but only 30 odd needed from 16 overs, so a good chance for Lancs to boost their RR.

Lancs require 23 off 11 overs, somehow I don't think they're going to blow it. :)
