Help please thank you..
Help please thank you..
I realise I will probably get some stick because I "should of (have) used the search bar"...well I did and a million results gave me no definitive answer soooooo...
Please does enyone have a quick link straight to where I can start a claim for a refund for last season's ticket, I could do with the money haha.
I am continuing paying monthly for this season's ticket and looking forward to my Bovril and steak and pepper pie!
Thanks in advance - kiss kiss emojis

You can’t be paying monthly - there isn’t a monthly direct debit this season.morpheus2 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 28, 2021 8:45 pmI realise I will probably get some stick because I "should of (have) used the search bar"...well I did and a million results gave me no definitive answer soooooo...

If you left your money in, didn’t the club automatically renew for you in the end?

I really don't know, to my detriment I haven't been keeping up with updates... what I do know is that £37.92 is still coming out of my bank every month.
I guess I presumed I could get a refund for last seasons as the payment is still coming out for this season...maybe a call to the ticket office is required.

Yes I too would recommend speaking to them, I’ve had a similar situation and they couldn’t have been more helpful.

And that confused me! But I was just wanting to point out to any prospective Phase 3 people that there was a monthly DD option.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Thu Jul 29, 2021 10:22 amyes, but the OP said he had left his money in and is still paying his regular monthly amount.
