Was out in Pudsey tonight and my mates dad gave me this programme from his youth. Without looking does anyone remember this game and the score?

I don’t know how much it was then but I do know it was 40p to stand seven years after that. It went up to 50p in the following year.

Just looked it up as I has no idea and there was two 90th minute goals with Gordan Harris scoring what should have been the winner before Eddie Gray equalised

No. That was the previous season when we lost 1-0. I think Elder missed a pen though in this game.

That was a so called "transfer fee" on top of the fee paid at the entry turnstile. Early 60s it was 1/3 for kids.

I think it was a shilling for kids when I first started going but that didn't get you into the enclosure.

You'd probably have enough left over for a Twix & maybe even a hot Bovril.

£1 paid for my train, dinner and got me on.
But I earned £3 a week to put the cost in perspective.

Wasn't the price for standing on the terrace at all grounds fixed at five bob (5/-) in the late sixties/early seventies?

What a brilliant link.

Ticket prices varied from club to club even in the 60s but prices were such that there wouldn't be too much difference.

In terms of FA Cup Finals, I have my dad's ticket from 1947 and mine from 1962. They were standing tickets priced at 3s 6d in 1947 and 5s in 1962. I know they went up to 7s 6d in 1963.

I was at Amity Brew and sat about 30 yards away from the truck and the food looked and smelled fantastic. But by the time we got peckish at around 9ish they had stopped serving, so I regrettably ended up eating a kebab on my sofa!!
