At least if it does sell out (which I don't think it will), anyone who doesn't manage to get a ticket can't try to blame the supporters clubs!

Can anyone please advise as to whether I can purchase a ticket for my 13 year old son?
Although I have him in my family and friends,I cannot see how many loyalty points he has.
I have over 6000 points but does he also have to have over 6000 points too?

Don’t get me wrong…….if 500 went …….but after 18 months ……first proper Prem away…..scousers first at home…..surely we’d sell out fairly quickly…….? Not a criticism in anyway….

Yes he does. To buy both together you'll need to wait until the sales go down to the category for the number of points which he has. Suggest that you contact the Ticket Office to check how many points he has or log onto his account (if he has one) and click onto Loyalty.

I can't create an account as there is already an account set up (mine) using our email address.
There's no option to set one up using his Clarets Number.
Do 13 year old have their own email address these days,

He doesn't need an account. I'm assuming he has a Clarets Number and you can use that to set him up in Friends & Family.

I also doubt that we will sell all our allocation. It will be an opportunity for those people who have posted on here about not being able to get away tickets for themselves and family members for big games due to a lack of loyalty points.

Just set up an email account for him, you don’t have to tell him or give him access to it yet but it makes life a whole lot easier.

I know, its so frustrating that I can click on my F&F list, see who’s in it, their name, number and their postcode, but the one important bit of information that is actually needed, is “classified”

The club are now charging a £1 "carriage fee" on all orders which is digusting. If you are only buying 1 ticket it is really £31

Are you completely missing the point on purpose?
It is sneaky from them as they never announced this new fee and said nothing about it when ticket details were released, and with it being online only it is impossible to buy a ticket for £30. Not against charing for postage as it does cost the club but slyly adding it in without any prior notice feels a bit off.

So it has taken 1 away game to dispel the myth that we need a new scheme with regards getting tickets for away games.
Those who don't have enough points for the glamour games so can never go or those with kids who haven't enough points so always miss out have gone quiet.
