NHS SBS

Post by basil6345789 » Tue Aug 24, 2021 10:42 am

Does anybody have any knowledge of NHS SBS, please? My gaffer has been told of it. It reckons to be a consultancy, providing "frameworks" and other services, presumably needed for accreditation to be able to tender for work for NHS organisations. I'm just suspicious that it could be a back door way-in to "marketing".

Basil. My Mrs used to work for nhs and now provides consultancy services for people wanting to get on the various frameworks they churn out.

You aren’t guaranteed work by getting on it but it’s a useful vehicle to get on as effectively an approved supplier.

If you look up her website sgprocure dot com and send her an email she can help if required!..

Dear Ben, thanks for that. I'm used to seeing organisations insisting on CHAS, Safecontractor, RESET, etc so wondered what NHS Shared Business Services is about. Will look-up your missus's website. UTC

Thought this must be the special boat service (commandos) for the NHS. Was trying to imagine what they might do!!
