Sad to hear Charlie Watts has died. So which is your favourite Stones track? I think I will go with ‘Ruby Tuesday’ but I might change my mind.

I wasn’t really a RnR fan at the time but I really did like some of their ballads.

Either " Get Off Of My Cloud " or "She's A Rainbow"
As for "Ruby Tuesday", I realise this may be sacrilege but I prefer Melanie's version.

Street Fighting Man, but there are so many. It’s an inevitable fact that many of my 60’s favourites, if they haven’t already, will pass away in the next few years. What a band and what a live show. Seen many, starting at Nelson Imp and ending at large stadia

“Light My Fire”was a song by the Doors that was covered by Jose Feliciano.

Sympathy For The Devil is always one that gets me listening whenever it comes on the radio, a great tune, and a great story at the same time.

Yes I came to the Stones relatively late, mainly through my dad playing his old CD'S, but their back catalogue is incredible, and how you'd devise a greatest hits compilation I doesn't bear thinking about, I guess you could say the same of The Beatles, but obviously the Stones have been together for much longer to build up their vast collection of hits.

So many to choose from, the introduction for example from ‘Start Me Up’ is brilliant. But this is one of my favourites..

Probably a few songs of the name but Im definitely thinking of the one the Stones did with Bill Wyman's swirling keyboards

I've always been a massive Beatles fan but I did like the rock sound that the Stones generated on their singles. My favourite? Honkey Tonk Women.

I like this one,
'rough justice' from the 'a bigger bang' album, great live - I was lucky enough to see them at Cardiff on that tour.

Agree totally. Might not be there most popular but for me "Come On" has always been special. Wish I could post a You Tube Link. Maybe someone can do it for me.

Sympathy For The Devil
Gimme Shelter
On the day when Charlie has past can anybody remind me the title of the song that videoed with the set filling with bubbles. It was a bad design, the producer had forgotten that Charlie was sitting down. He could have left us that day but being a pro he kept beat.
