But last 8 games!
Just added some to my basket to check for you MACCA, it’s saying 6 per Clarets number….MACCA wrote: ↑Wed Sep 08, 2021 5:32 pmAbsolutely cannot argue with those prices
Just a quick question can you purchase tickets for people without a clarets number?
I'm willing to go down to do so.
Thinking of taking a few family members on that dont have a CN, and my son has also asked to take a friend.
I doubt that you would be frequenting an Internet message board in that time periodHerts Clarets wrote: ↑Wed Sep 08, 2021 12:42 pmCould you change the title to include (Cup) so i don't think i have time travelled back to the late 80s/early 90s

I've just checked the rules because in the FA Cup they would be entitled to more (I think). For this competition it is 10% which is the same as it is for the Premier League.claretandy wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 6:03 amRochdale fans going mental over only being given 2400 tickets, reckon they are going to take over the home ends
Surely we have a somewhat bigger support than Rochdale .How many did they get for their last home game ?claretonthecoast1882 wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 9:22 amPart of me thinks as a 1 off game we should have given them more tickets if they had a demand for it.
We would be complaining had the game been away and they stuck to the 10% rule and gave us about 800 tickets when they could quite easily fit more in.
I presume the segregation already in place would make this difficult? I wouldn’t know though as I never venture to that end of the ground.AlargeClaret wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 9:21 amWhy on earth aren’t the club giving Rochdale a decent allocation ie CFS? It’s after all their cup final and it’s literally down the road . Surely that would maximise revenue ?
Would have thought for the sake of low end cup game they could re-locate the CFS lot ? I’m sure there’s some logic behind it ( perhaps to stop the inevitable moaning and groaning if they had to sit elsewhere ?)
Possibly, but I was thinking more along the lines of segregating home and away fans when entering and leaving the ground. Not sure if this is an issue during normal league games?AlargeClaret wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 9:39 amWould have thought for the sake of low end cup game they could re-locate the CFS lot ? It’s not just a case of relocating the CFS lotAlargeClaret wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 9:39 amWould have thought for the sake of low end cup game they could re-locate the CFS lot ? Club policy for cup ties is that all season ticket holders have a period where they can claim their own seats wherever possible. Why should they chuck season ticket holders out of their seats in the cfs? The allocation exceeds the number we have to give them.AlargeClaret wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 9:39 amWould have thought for the sake of low end cup game they could re-locate the CFS lot ? Not true, there is a doorway in the CFS concourse which is now always locked separating the home and away fans, they could easily open the CFS to just Rochdale, they could all enter via BL side of the ground and just open the door in the CFS concourse to allow them through.
When you login to the ticketing site as a season ticket holder, your Rochdale ticket and those for friends and family should already be in there. All I had to do was delete a couple I didn't want and then pay for them. All done in about a minute.Funkydrummer wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 10:06 amWel, I'm glad some of you are managing tickets for Rochdale game !!!! For me the website is nothing short of a bloody disgrace. I cannot for the life of me order 2 tickets for our own seats in the Bob Lord stand. Just as a starter, the website states that the tickets go on sale on Wednesday 7th September !!!! There is no Wednesday 7th September (not this year anyway). Despite being season ticket holders we don't have "favourite seats " and my partner, who is also a concession, and has her own clarets number, is being charged £10 as opposed to my £5 and I cannot get round that whatever I try.
According to them, the last game we attended was Spurs 7th March 2020 but I distinctly remember going on both the Brighton and Leeds games this very season.
Added to all this I have had to resort going to the ticket office for tickets for the U21 International. OK, there are 13 of us going but, according to the website you can buy this many by using 2 or more clarets numbers. Can you bo11ocks !!!! Well, I couldn't anyway. Credit where it's due, the young girl in the ticket office was very good and sorted it out for us. The poor lass had to go through hoops to sort it. My partner had to show her season ticket card to show that she was a concession. WTF - that shouldn't be.
If you live out of town it must be a nightmare.
I'm going to have to call in again today to sort the Rochdale tickets out. That simply shouldn't be.
This is what you should see when you login to the ticket site.Funkydrummer wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 10:06 amWel, I'm glad some of you are managing tickets for Rochdale game !!!! Then you do need to get it sorted. How it should work is that all the season ticket holder Rochdale tickets are automatically allocated so when you login they should be right there for you and friends and family.Funkydrummer wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 10:26 amThanks for that CT - nope, nothing remotely like that for me. Going to get it sorted today, by hook
or by crook.

Yep, precisely what mine was like.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 10:28 amThen you do need to get it sorted. How it should work is that all the season ticket holder Rochdale tickets are automatically allocated so when you login they should be right there for you and friends and family.
I thought that this was worthy of relaying to the Club, so I've forwarded it to the SLO for her information/attention/action.Funkydrummer wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 10:06 amWel, I'm glad some of you are managing tickets for Rochdale game !!!! And sadly the ticket office get the blame when it's not their problem. They are the ones that have to sort out the mess.Funkydrummer wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 11:26 amCheers Leisure, something needs sorting. I've been logging in and out several times this morning and eventually that screen that CT put up appeared, as if by magic !!!!! However they are still wanting to charge £10 for my partner who is a concession too.
When I tried to log in again, just to show it to my partner, it wouldn't let me in as it didn't recognise my email address !!!!! It was invalid !!!!
Oh the joy.
That's exactly how it's been for me whit. There was no way that I could bookWhitgord wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 11:57 amThe whole ticketing website is a pain to use. The first few times I tried to get Rochdale ticket it took me to the whole ground view to select the few seats that are not season ticket seats. Then eventually I got the “automatic buying of my own seat” which I then did. My friend had the same problem. When he eventually got offered his own seat it thought he was an adult not an over 65. He did not want to pay the extra and from now on it thinks he has bought his seat but he hasn’t. He’ll have to visit the ticket office to sort it. Yes the staff in the ticket office are trying their best but the whole computer system needs scrapping and a new one introducing. There again, I dread to think how successful a change to a new system would be.
Got my 'Over 65' ticket online with no problems this morning. So long as you are logged in and the site knows who you are, it gives you options about the type of ticket you require. (i.e 'Over 65'.) No hassle at all.Whitgord wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 11:57 amThe whole ticketing website is a pain to use. Summed it up in one sentence GD ... it also puts tickets automatically in your basket ... with the option to change age categories etc etc if required.Gordaleman wrote: ↑Thu Sep 09, 2021 12:09 pmGot my 'Over 65' ticket online with no problems this morning. They also send an email of your purchase, so I'd advise printing it off and taking it with you, in case there is a problem with your season card.
