He would still be on the bench if we had signed him.

Tom Heaton on the Man Utd bench, surprised he is not in the nets tonight.

Re: Today's footie 14/9/21
His 135th CL goal, Messi is next on 120, then Lewandowski on a paltry 73, not a bad trio that.
Re: Today's footie 14/9/21
Man U down to 10 men.

Re: Today's footie 14/9/21
Christie makes his 1st start for Bournemouth, no Austin for QPR, and Gray is on their bench.
Re: Today's footie 14/9/21
Ronaldo is still a cheat by the looks of it.

Re: Today's footie 14/9/21
United lose
Re: Today's footie 14/9/21
MU lose to Young Boys!!!
OK so they go down to no-Basaka so a man short...but this is a team of football superstars (allegedly) versus a Swiss team. Not on a recognised league.
They capitulate as though they have 7 men against superstars. Ridiculous!

Lots and lots of empty seats in the Nou Camp against Bayern.

Re: Today's footie 14/9/21
Grimsby beat Wrexham 3-1 in the NL, no David Jones I assume after his sending off at the weekend, but what caught my eye was the large crowd 6,663, that's a heck of an attendance at that level, and given it was a mid-week game even more impressive.

Re: Today's footie 14/9/21
Tuchel's Chelsea reel off another 1-0 victory, boring lot aren't they. Mighty effective though, and if you can keep clean sheets at one end, and possess Lukaku at the other you'll always have a chance of nicking games.
