the bond thing has become lame and predictable, there was a time in less cynical days when expectancy was high about new releases, but year after year it has boiled down to nothingness.
the whole genre can be summed up by a lisp, a raised eyebrow trick or a bloke with abs. Yaaawn.

This pretty much. They should have thought of something new and left this in the era it was set in.

Don’t bother with them now and I think Daniel Craig is dreadful as a Bond (don’t expect others to agree).

Interesting. Sean Connery the first Bond and for many the real and only Bond. For the younger generation Daniel Craig. None of the others come up to the mark for me.

Bond Actor - Daniel Craig. I was gutted when he was announced as Bond… within 20 seconds of the film starting, I was convinced they’d got it spot on.

Goldeneye is my favourite. I was about 13 when it came out and the thought of being sexed to death by Famke Janssen was almost too much to bear.

Sean Connery was the ultimate James Bond until it became serious, then Brosnan took it up a level but still not quite there.

Step forward Daniel Craig who has turned this from a romp to a serious action drama rivalling Jason Bourne.. The remake Casino Royale opening sequence is top notch.
