16 and 1 I should have got.
The answer to the lions at TrafalgarSq is wrong. One of the plinths is empty. If you remember they were displaying random works of art on it a few years back.

There are very definitely four lions at the foot of Nelson’s Column.
The empty plinth is one they planned for an army general or other type of upstanding military figure of the British Empire.
