The club have got the allocation bang on if we’re only selling out 1500 three days before the match.
Think the only games we’ll take the full allocation for will be Man United, Leeds and Brentford unless the games at the end of the season are crucial fixtures.

Have we even sold out, or has it just gone off sale online? I'm hoping to get a couple tomorrow.

Tickets are still available in the ticket office. I've been in this morning and got 3.

Pity the Club hasn't bothered to tell anyone!

Usual ticketing shambles from the club, you often wonder if they have a monkey manning the online updates . After being “ sold out” from Monday afternoon ( but still linking you to the “ buy tickets “ with the full page fixture logo ) they never bothered placing a simple “ only available in person “ notice . Isn’t the whole idea of online sales and barcode tickets to allow sales right upto the match ? No wonder our away support has become pitiful.

Why pick on monkeys?

I know this isn’t City related, so don’t shoot me but when the Saints tickets go on general sale tomorrow, can you purchase as many as you need?
It’s just I need 4 more for my brothers family who live down there?
Cheers

They asked me for a clarets number today for buying 2 general sale tickets. As long as you have one you should be fine.

Please yourself bud. No argument here. All I was saying I’m surprised at people going to watch the annual slaughter. Whatever floats your boat.
TBH I get the gist of your posts and I understand why you think like this. I am not going to City for the same reasons. I am going to take my wife out for the day on the train to Chester. It will be far more enjoyable. I don’t feel any less of a supporter for doing this, I just cannot face another non contest at the soulless Etihad.

If anybody was thinking of making a late decision on going tomorrow then don't bloody bother, tickets were taken off sale at 12pm.

That's correct isn't it? Online sales end Wednesday because of having to post them, ticket office sales available to Friday.

Maybe they do I don't know, what I do know is that I tried to buy three tickets on Tuesday only to find the website saying the game was 'Sold Out', only by reading this messageboard last night did I discover that tickets were still available at the ticket office.
I left work early to try to get the tickets this afternoon but they are now not available. Obviously it appears it was advertised that sales cease at midday.
My tough luck, eh.

Website said 'Sold Out' on Tuesday evening.

There's no way it should have just said 'Sold Out'. 'Online sales now closed but tickets still available in person from the Ticket Office until Friday 12 noon' would have been more helpful to fans. Took me a few seconds to come up with that, so surely it's not beyond the Club to have done the same! Very poor communication! Maybe the Club don't want fans to buy tickets /sell out allocations and then they can use that to justify taking small allocations for all future games!

But as tickets hadn't sold out, why state that they had on the online sales page? They'd stopped selling them online but they were still available for another 2 days at the Ticket Office.

It's probably the only way the online system can report that you can no longer purchase online.

Hi Tony - Possibly but surely the Club could put an update under Ticketing News to help fans but that seems to not be in their thoughts!

Is there anyone left in media to do that?

Don't know but from past experiences/similar issues, would it matter!
