Funnily enough I listened to "Dark Side of the Moon" over the week-end and I was transported back to being that 16 yr old Lad who bought the album and sat with headphones on listening because Mum and Dad hated my music ...

Agree here Steve, It's my favourite Floyd Album.

Anyone ever heard of Home? I listen to their second album occasionally and it is stunning. They were tipped for big things but only made 3 albums in the early 70s. It’s titled just Home (odd for a second album). Great stuff, free flowing and occasionally intricate. Saw them as a support band originally but they were fantastic. Drummer and lead singer/pianist are both long dead but guitarist Laurie Wisefield went on to spend about 12 years in Wishbone Ash and still gigs. Bass player Cliff Williams has recently retired after spending 40 odd years in AC/DC (who bear no resemblance at all to Home). It’s downloadable on iTunes if anyone wants to give it a go.

I've spent most of the day boarding part of our little loft, just moved down sized, I wanted some weight on the boards so the missus thought some album cases so we just had a look, 2 hours ago. They can't go in the loft I go along with the early post Paul Simon then Harry Chapin saw him twice BRILLIANT!! all my Bowie stuff oh Gallagher and Lyle stay put so does Boz Scaggs so I have decided NOTHING IS GOING TO THE LOFT.

Ironic that the dull stuff is remembered while the cool stuff was a blip in history.
