We play Newcastle at Home on the last day of the season and with both clubs struggling in the bottom 3 at the minute.
Would you take a last game shoot out where the winner stayed up and loser went down, at this moment in time?

After the season when they beat us in the FA Cup semi, Texaco Cup Final and kept us out of Europe by drawing the last game ont’Turf I’ll be voting no. We were the better side in all 3 games and won none.

Given our record in crucial games over recent seasons I'd be reasonably confident we'd do the business when needed, but whether must of us would have any nails left after the 90 minutes is doubtful.
Anyway there's plenty of games before that scenario comes to pass, so let's hope we're safe by then.

Not yet, we’ve come on leaps and bounds since the early season. Granted we’ve not turned performances into points but I believe they’ll start to come.
There’s a lot more football to play before we’re in that situation.
