...but still in the Prem with a good manager and a good chance of staying there. Also our average is only from 39 games and we have 4 in hand on some.

The dire thing is, 6 of those 7 wins came last season.

The amount of games doesn’t matter really as it’s an average.

I knew we’d be somewhere near the bottom end but didn’t realise we were the worst.

Quite right - my sincere apologies

Rank bad form in the first half of 2021, with signs the side is struggling and not quite managing to achieve what it used to in terms of defending leads, and being generally a solid defensive unit.

Think most could see without a couple genuine additions to the first 11 and also the bench, then it was always going to be a struggle.

We have an ageing squad that has been neglected for several transfer windows.

If something is used at its constant maximum aswell as being excessively over used, its going to need running repairs and new parts every now and then.
A blind man on a galloping horse can see that.

( however I understand those with 3" thick spectacles of the claret variety may struggle to see that )

No real excuse,it is pretty dire reading, still we can only get better.

It's pretty indefensible. However I imagine plenty on here will argue that we've just had 12 months of bad luck and when it turns....

Given the trauma we experienced, thanks to the money grabbing former chairman, we are extremely lucky to be in the prem at all.

Entirely down to poor transfer windows when we should have been refreshing the squad. It’s the way some turn on Dyche and his players that irks me.
