I've started following footyscran on Twitter and oh my word there are some amazing food offerings across the UK.
Did really make me feel somewhat envious, given we can have a pie of a hotdog.
Where is the best food you have had and what was it, at a football game?

I'm obsessed with Footy Scran! Sadly it really highlights how limited the Turf Moor catering is.
30+ years ago we played Chesterfield away and won 1-0 with Peter Mumby scoring. The pie was so tasty that I still remember it.

The food at Clitheroe FC is far better than the Turf.

Tranmere here with a good chance of winning the worst food.
In regards to the best, the pies I had at Brighton a few years ago, Ham, Leek and chicken, just amazing.

It must be over 30 years since I had anything to eat at a game because the food looks crap like the beer they serve. I was even given a free pie this season and never touched it

First couple of times at the Emirates I was in Club Class. Didn't bother eating but some of the food on offer is from another dimension which I doubt any establishment in Burnley could match.
The Al a carte offering was £95 mind...

A lovely 5 course meal in the new hospitality at the Turf a few months ago

We need to look at a new supplier if the food quality is going to improve.
I personally find Hollands pies are just about the worst ones about, just full of slop or gristle.
They’re that bad even my Golden Retriever once turned one down and that’s a miracle on its own..

As mentioned Brighton Pies are the best I’ve had, I remember a Cornish pasty I had at Bristol City as being unreal as well, admittedly I was a bit hammered but I’ve never enjoyed one like it

One of my favourites, on an extremely cold evening (Cambridge away), was a freshly fried bacon sarnie at the Abbey Stadium.

Had a sausage butty at a pre season friendly.. At Bath I think.. We'd just signed Shackell I think..
Cracking butty though..and 3 quality cumber sausages in it. Walloper of a tea cake too.
Couldn't resist having a second..which left me in good shape for 2nd half.
Dirt cheap as well.. 2 quid if memory serves.

I’m yet to see an event at Turf Moor that doesn’t include a pie and peas supper. I’m probably in a minority but anything served up with that green slop is something I avoid.
I thought that the fans survey might have resulted in a few changes to the offerings on a match day, there’s been sod change all so far.

The only duck to be seen at the Turf is the crowd immediately after a Burnley direct free kick.
Steak pies on the Turf not bad at times.
