Good to see it now also highlights which entrances are for the upper and lower tiers

It appears they have taken notice of the issue of identifying the correct turnstiles for the upper/lower tiers

I think how we react to these changes his indicative of which generation you are from. The more mature amongst us will prefer the no nonsense approach, but I think for a kid going on the Turf for the first time this will really add to the occasion. The times they are a changing.

I think they’ve done a good job on the inside of the ground. It looks more with the times but retains the old character and charm. Appreciate I may be in the minority. Removing the old turnstiles would be a big no from me. Thought I wouldn’t like the new score board at Tod Rd crossroads but I do. Not too sure about the large entrance sign outside the JH.

I don't want to state the obvious but David Bowie is gone RIP and the genius that is Ian Curtis would have been in his 60s now.
The music culture and art that is inspiring this graffiti is over 40 years old.

Hey, I like the club looking up to date with a bit of bling lighting. I started going on in 1967. It's good that "The Times They are a Changing." Bob Dylan also sang Forever Young.

The old player boards £200 each from supporters groups are surely going back and not just being replaced with a screened picture with basic stats, are they? That would be a huge kick in the teeth if not.
For reference, West Yorkshire Clarets meet once a month and charge £2 waged and £1 unwaged to those in attendance. We rarely ask for donations, so to stump up £200 in order to contribute to an initiative in which weeks and weeks of work went in behind the scenes, only for them to be replaced with a rolling digital image (which will not be displayed 24/7 to fans visiting the ground, due to being switched off), is hard to take.
£200 is literally the best part of a year’s subs for our group. Something needs to be said on this.,
The digital screen upgrades are good, no problems with them at all. But the player boards should have a place, even if they’re put around the fanzone or somewhere like that.

The led signage on the inside of the ground is not like new floodlights which illuminates the turf and enhances your experience. It’s there to distract you from watching the football and persuade you to buy sh!t you don’t need.

I don't imagine they are going back up in their original places. They wouldn't look in keeping with the stands now imho.
I'm sure there is another place for them, which should be discussed between the club and those who contributed. Perhaps something on the approach to the ground?

I don’t think they should put them back up on the stand as they would look out of place now, would be nice if they did put them back up somewhere though, would likely get graffiti if they were moved anywhere away from the ground though. Perhaps put them on the walk way near the cricket ground.

I'm 67 in a few months and think the whole set up is excellent. The painting has smartened up the ground and the colour is better than having even more Claret to go with most other things around the town. The mass of LED signage/displays bring a modern feel to everything and my only small criticism would be the font size on the new screen, it is too small for me to read comfortably.
I sit in NU3 and don't find any of the new stuff a distraction when watching a match even though it would would have been welcome at times over the past year

I've often thought (since they came down) that they would great along the railings opposite the Bob Lord stand. Probably enough space along the length of Harry Potts Way to fit them all in. I know it isn't club property and likely belongs to the council, maybe even belonging to private owners but surely permission could be sought from whoever it is? Would make a great feature along the approach to the ground.

They always looked exposed as a target for vandalism when outside at head height
Maybe a new home inside the walkways of the home ends is a solution

I think we should commission this street artist (Akse) who’s based in Manchester. He could create a wall of legends on the wall down Brunshaw Road. It would look brilliant.

Leave things like they were, and to add to the authenticity, can we have reduced prices for fans with smallpox or rickets? I'm sick of the club being dragged into the 1900s by these fancy dan new owners.

I wasn't trying to be funny there, I was merely asking if you'd had what I said officially confirmed.
As an aside, I'm not really sure how 'the plan is to get them back when the LED signage is all done' differs much with what you said about them going back up, but there we go.
